Dreams Really Do Come True With Disney!

Disney-Pixar-Event-Bloggers

I feel ridiculously blessed to share this awesome news with you! Once again I am heading to California, this time to visit San Francisco, courtesy of Disney.

From the first post, I shared with you about BRAVE, I knew that if Disney invited me to another movie event, this was the one I would want it to be. When I saw the concept art for this film I was majorly impressed, and knowing it contained a lead female that was NOT a princess intrigued me even more. I can not wait to see this film and seeing the concept art, meeting the characters, and anything else we experience during the press day will be like a dream! I get goosebumps just thinking about it. It's one thing to experience a Disney movie in the theater or experience the magic of the park, but I have never experienced anything as amazing as going behind the scenes and seeing just what it takes to make the magic happen. It gets my creative juices flowing and truly inspires me to dream big. I just can't explain it.

I am also excited to see a screening of the new Disney Nature Film, Chimpanzee. With a HUGE animal lover in the house, I'm sure I'll have to recall countless details from the movie, and funny things the animals did that didn't make the movie. My son John could live at the zoo, so a movie like this is right up his alley. It's also awesome that Disney Nature films generally give back to the animals and communities in some way. This film is no different. When moviegoers view the film during opening week, Disney will make a contribution to the Jane Goodall Institute, which protects chimpanzees.

If all of that weren't enough, we are also touring Pixar and the Walt Disney Family Museum. Pixar has never made a movie I didn't LOVE, so to actually go in and see where Pixar films come together is really an amazing opportunity. I am really excited about the Family Museum as well because I love learning the history behind everything we see today. It's so easy to get lost in the moment, so I enjoy taking a look back and seeing what it took to bring Disney into the hearts of people from around the world.

Just like my awesome trip last year, I will not be headed to San Francisco alone. I will be one of 25 bloggers going. If you are interested in checking out some of the other bloggers on this trip and following their stories as well as mine, please bookmark the sites below:

Can't wait to see everyone, and share everything I see with you!
