Beamly is gone, but it was fun while it lasted.
You can ask anyone in my family who has ever made the mistake of asking me what I thought of a movie, and they will tell you I get invested! I don't know why I connect to the story lines the way I do, but I love it. I love watching a movie or show and getting to know the characters, share in their adventures or misadventures, and then shut it off and live my own life. But, it's not just this side of it that pulls me in, I get heavily invested in what the writers are trying to convey, figuring out which characters won't last past the first season, and what could have been done differently to make a scene more believable.
Here are some of my current favorites:
Reality TV & Competitions: Teen Mom 2, American Idol, The Voice, Dance Moms, Kim of Queens, The Voice, Shark Tank, Bad Girls Club, Real Housewives, and Duck Dynasty.
Comedies & Family Drama: About A Boy, New Girl, Parenthood, and Believe.
Crime / Horror: Bates Motel, Law and Order SVU, The Following, and American Horror Story.
Oh,. And I also love all true crime TV!
Recently I found a place where I can chat with other fans called Beamly (used to be called Zeebox). It's basically an app where your favorite shows have a room of their own where fans can connect and share thoughts about the show, news, pictures, and videos. You simply follow the rooms of your favorite shows, and join in on the conversations. If you would like to chat with me about some of my favorite shows I would love the company and conversation! I have seriously spent over 3 hours talking about the Saw movies, so you may want to steer clear of that one. You can follow me on Beamly here. I would love to follow you, and learn about your favorite shows as well!
What TV rooms will you follow?
Beamly is THE 24 X 7 social and content network for TV and TV fans. Join me today in TV conversations and get the latest juice and gossip about your favorite shows!
